Team Collaboration

Ideal for Larger Groups

Online Calendar provides an easy-to-use, robust interface for time management, scheduling, and planning. You can schedule events and tasks for yourself, as well as, track resources, create groups, and interact with other users. You have access to this important information anytime and anywhere you can connect to the Internet.

Absolutely. Our group calendar is the perfect solution for keeping all your employees in touch. It’s easy to share events – such as meetings and seminars – and give colleagues access to important projects and files.

Another advantage is the ability to see, real time, your invitees’ availability and manage appointments. When you schedule events with group calendar, you’ll know who can attend and who can’t. You can also let other users manage events, should you choose to grant them permission.

Yes. Event attendees do not need a Calendar account to receive and respond to invitations. Event invitations are sent to the attendee’s email address, and the attendee can accept, accept as tentative, or decline an invitation using the buttons included in the email message.

When an attendee responds to your Calendar event invitation, you receive the response in an email message, and the event is updated with the attendee’s response. To view the responses, you can view the email message that was sent to you, or view the event details in your Calendar.

When we created Online Calendar, we knew users wanted flexibility when they manage events. Sometime, you need to manage events with a Web calendar for business. Other times you need to use your group calendar to manage appointments for yourself. With Calendar, you can set up individual calendars and keep those events separate.

Calendar lets you view and manage events in advance. With our Web calendar, you can view and manage appointments each day, every five days, every week, month or year. You can even use this group calendar to view your events in a list.

Online Calendar works with the following browsers:

  • Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 and later
  • Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and later
  • Safari 2.0 and later
  • Mozilla 5.0 and later

Online Calendar offers two types of calendars to help manage your events:

  • Personal calendars display individual users’ lists of events. One-on-one meetings and parties are great for your personal calendar.

  • Group calendars display events for all of a group’s members. Group calendars work well for events like weekly meetings or company functions.
